These terms govern your use of all GUS services, including the web application, mobile experience, and any associated APIs.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GUS. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account or use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to not share your login information with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or remain inactive for extended periods after providing notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within GUS, including journal entries, photos, routes, and travel data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant GUS a limited license solely to store and display your content back to you within the application.
You may export or delete your content at any time. Upon account deletion, all your content will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Prices, exchange rates, and cost comparisons displayed within GUS are based on user-submitted data and publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Always verify prices independently before making purchasing decisions.
The rarity rating system in GUS is a subjective classification tool designed to help you categorize and prioritize your discoveries. Rarity ratings are based on a combination of user-submitted data and editorial assessment.
Rarity ratings do not represent an objective measure of value, scarcity, or quality. They are intended as a personal organization tool and should not be relied upon for commercial or investment decisions.
GUS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPH Tech Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of GUS.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The GUS name, logo, design system, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of EPH Tech Solutions. The terms "GUS," "Westminster," and "Found Moment" are trademarks of EPH Tech Solutions. The application code, interface designs, and unique features are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
This does not affect your ownership of your personal content as described in Section 03.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through a prominent notice within the application.
Your continued use of GUS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the service and may request deletion of your account.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GUS shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
